Organisation and Philosophy
Kingdom-SEFM-World Foundation aims to raise funds through campaigns and events in the field of sports, entertainment, fashion and media-related projects (SEFM Projects) in collaboration with others such as facility service providers, event. We do this for projects in the field of humanitarian aid, food against famine, education and vaccination programs. In addition to the aforesaid necessary components, we also aim to provide assistance for theme initiatives focused on water sanitation and hygiene (WASH. By combining our awareness and fundraising campaigns with applicable event formats, we try to generate as much attention and funds as possible

Remuneration policy
All members of the board work voluntarily and unpaid.
Temporal inactivity and suspension of project plans
Due to Covid-19 and the related consequences, our organization was required to annul its activities. During those years no activity could took place. Therefore, no profit-loss account or annual accounts have been produced until 2022.
Reboot
Our organization is being actively operational again this year. Having this mentioned, our policy currently focuses on conducting awareness and fundraising campaigns for World Peace and humanitarian aid due to the situation in various regions in the world.
Support humanitarian aid organizations
For the period Dec 2023 – Dec 2024, the board of Kingdom-SEFM-World has unanimously agreed to support the International Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC) with the proceeds from our current and ongoing fundraising campaigns.
Code of Integrity
Integrity
Integrity is at the core of how we operate and starts everyday with you in your workplace. Our Integrity code guides us on how to always act with integrity and helps us in protecting our company reputation. It applies to everyone working at and with Kingdom-SEFM-World Foundation. We also expect our partners to comply with the key principles included in our Integrity code.
Scope and deployment
Our Integrity code is not all encompassing, but it is designed to affirm and promote our standards of conduct and to reinforce honest, ethical behaviour. We are all responsible for acting with integrity and our accountability cannot be delegated.
Our Integrity code has been embraced by the Board of Management and our leadership Team. It is reviewed on a regular basis and revised where necessary.
Violations
Failure to act in line with our Integrity code can have serious consequences for Kingdom-SEFM-World Foundation as well as the individuals involved.
Violations of our Integrity code will result in disciplinary actions, up to and including dismissal. Such violations may also lead to fines and imprisonment for the individuals concerned.
Speak up
If something does not feel right, probably it is not. We encourage you to speak up whenever that happens by asking yourself the following questions:
- Is it consistent with our Integrity code?
- Is it ethical?
- Is it legal?
- Will it reflect well on Kingdom-SEFM-World Foundation and myself?
- Would I want to be treated this way?
- Would I want to read about this in the newspaper?
If the answer to any of these questions is ‘no’, do not take this course of action. Whenever you are facing an ethical dilemma, please contact your line manager, the Ethics line or a local Compliance Officer.

- Respecting human rights
1.1 Respecting human rights is a foundation of the way we work. We promote an work environment that is free from physical and verbal harassment and discrimination.
1.2 We do not make use and do oppose the use of child labour, modern slavery, human trafficking, or forced labour. We work voluntarily and do not receive any salary for our efforts and labour for the organisation. We aim to maintain a healthy and safe working environment.

We protect intellectual property and proprietary information, against illegal,
unauthorized or irresponsible use. We treat third-party intellectual property against unauthorized use or improper disclosure.
- Processing of data
We process the personal data of individuals only where there is a legitimate purpose. Any processing of personal data should be relevant to such purpose and it should be fair, accurate, transparent and in no way excessive
HARASSMENT
- Harassment
1.1 Harassment is any improper or unwelcome conduct that might reasonably be expected or be perceived to cause offence or humiliation to another person. Harassment in any form because of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, physical ability, physical appearance, ethnicity, race, national origin, age, religion or any other reason is prohibited.
- Sexual harassment is a specific type of prohibited conduct. Sexual harassment is any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that might reasonably be expected or be perceived to cause an offense or humiliation. Sexual harassment may involve any conduct of a verbal, nonverbal or physical nature, including written and electronic communications, and may occur between persons of the same or different genders.
Examples of sexual harassment include, but are not limited to:
- Making derogatory or demeaning comments about someone’s sexual orientation or gender identity
- Name-calling or using slurs with a gender/sexual connotation
- Making sexual comments about appearance, clothing or body parts
- Rating a person’s sexuality
- Repeatedly asking a person for dates or asking for sex
- Staring in a sexually suggestive manner
- Unwelcome touching, including pinching, patting, rubbing or purposefully brushing up against a person
- Making inappropriate sexual gestures, such as pelvic thrusts
- Sharing sexual or lewd anecdotes or jokes
- Sending sexually suggestive communications in any format
- Sharing or displaying sexually inappropriate images or videos in any format
- Attempted or actual sexual assault including rape complaint process
- Reporting
A participant who feels that they have been harassed at a Kingdom-SEFM-World event or workspace may report the matter to the organizer of the Kingdom-SEFM-World event or to a relevant security authority, and a participant who witnesses such harassment should make such a report internal as well via the judicial system. Such reporting shall have no effect on any applicable rules and procedures that may apply in Kingdom-SEFM-World’s system or to other personnel.
